Dave is responsible for coordinating the activities of the various partners of Phase+, a consortium of companies that provide an innovative combined insurance policy and financing mechanism to help private and public biopharma companies raise capital to fund clinical trials. The program is unique to Acrisure and has the potential to provide a significant new revenue stream to the ARCAS group.
He has over 30 years experience in the biopharma and pharmaceutical industry. He was previously CEO of Vimalan Biosciences, CEO of Ellora Pharmaceuticals, and CEO of Ralexar Therapeutics, all early stage drug development companies. His previous experience also includes running commercial operations for CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals, a dermatology pharmaceutical company that was acquired by Galderma, and various commercial activities at Zeneca and SmithKline Beecham.
